I've dealt with many sellers in livejournal. I'm not say I'm experienced in this shopping field in livejournal, but I still know how a good service should be.

Service is the basis of your customers' loyalty.

Yes, though most of the sellers I've came across were nice and polite, even the famous "soearlyslp" was very polite to me. Even if the item I received wasn't in tiptop condition and overly priced. (I was fine with accepting the item because she was very polite with me. )

However, I absolutely cannot tolerate some sellers who argue with me.
I have been very harsh with sellers who don't BCC.

They don't receive spam, but we do.
Actually they even lose more clients this way to the fellow sellers who are in their mailing list.

I didn't mock at them for their stupidity, I was even willing to teach them how to use BCC. Most of those that learned BCC, even thank me for teaching them how to protect their customer base.

Recently, one seller was f*&@king freaking rude, and even say I wasn't polite to them. D:

What ever happen to "Customers are always right?" : ( 

I understand that some of the sellers these days are youngsters.
But why is that there are some youngsters are very friendly, willing to learn their mistakes and this one just relentlessly deny and even accused that me, their future customer was impolite to them at first. :O

It's like the kettle calling the pot black, and insist that they did BCC and I should be more polite to them.
Anyway, if they did BCC, why the hell will I see a whole chunk of mailing address?? WTF.

And I did say "PLS BCC" with a PLS in the front.

Ha, now think of that moment I type the email, I should have use a bigger font and all capitals.

But no, I was more polite than usual (PLEASE USE BCC!).
To this impolite seller,  I only typed (pls BCC), extra small, with a pls at the front. D:

I think it was right to say, 好心没好报！

I should be more OR SIM next time! >_<

P.S I won't reveal which lj seller this is. I won't stoop to their level.
